The program provided through ICAN California Abilities Network provides a unique opportunity for clients to acquire employment skills by working as employees of ICAN's local businesses, such as the Coffee Cart and studio store. By means of this program, clients gain hands-on experience in a real-world work environment, learning valuable skills such as customer service, cash handling, and inventory management. The program also helps clients to develop their confidence, take on responsibility, and enhance their social skills by interacting with other team members and patrons.
